Les Paul Rewire with 50s Wiring and Independent Volumes

The wiring detailed below allows my volume controls to act indepedently of each other so when I'm playing in the middle position, turning one pup to zero won't silence both pups.

It also uses the Gibson 50's style wiring where the capacitor is connected to the output signal of the pot (via the wire to the selector switch) rather than to the output signal of the pup as is the case with most Modern style wiring. The benefit of this wiring is that more treble is retained when you roll off the volume.

Someone in an online forum noted that the independent wiring cut some highs from the signal. I switched back and forth for a while and think that he was right. So, my final wiring for this guitar includes the Treble Bypass mod on both volume pots (not pictured below).
